If I relist a vehicle after the buyer doesn't turn up do I have to pay again?

I listed a car for sale a few days ago and someone made me an offfer which i accepted and removed the listing. However he hasn't turned up now after 5 days and I want to relist, will I have to pay the £19.99 again?

Classified Ad is like a newspaper advert ... £19.99 each time you list/relist ... just let it run for the complete 28 days or until someone turns up to view, pays with Cash (or confirmed/completed Bank Transfer) and takes the Car away ... only then should you remove the listing.     There is absolutely No Payment Protection/Money Back Guarantee for Vehicles or other Collection items.

Well I've called ebay and they are going to refund the original £19.99?

Ebay have refunded my original £19.99, so in effect I've relisted for free. It's always better to talk to them..

Yes and if you don't complete an unpaid case you pay full selling fees   -

I'm trying to cancel the transaction in the resolution center but it can't even find the listing? So basically ebay are letting me relist the same car (so know it didn't sell) but want to charge me twice for the listing, and twice the selling fees?

I have just checked and as it was a classified ad I don't think there are any selling fees?
