If I buy an item that is collection only do I get the sellers contact details to arrange collection

I have a disabled wife and have to arrange a sitter to go and collect an item. Do I get the sellers full contact details when I have paid for the item? I need his phone number to confirm collection details.

Win the Bid but don't Pay. Then Contact the Seller ask if you can pay by Cash on Collection. Exchange Details then Pay once you have been an inspected the Item. If it turns out not to be suitable for you, you can walk away and the Seller can Cancel the Sale selecting "Buyer Requested Cancellation." His EBay Fees will then be Credited back to his Seller Account and he can Relist the Item.
