I had a problem regarding the above, a parcel shipped to UK -Still in transit I have discovered it had USPS tracking number on MY EBAY ,Should be GLOBAL Shipping, Hence tracking ended at Erlanger.I bought from same Seller today 27 FEB and this time both --GS on my EBAY and USPS ( secondary)
