INR in Spain

A case has been opened for an item that has gone missing in Spain.

I asked the customer to open the INR and I am going to resend the item by Tracked post this time (at a great loss to me)

In trying to 'Take action' on the case page but I am being redirected to ebay.es in Spain.

Do I have to register with eBay.es? 

Anyone had this problem? Or have the solution please?

No your UK log in should work but you will have to deal with eBay es as the buyer purchased an item available in Spain via eBay es

Unfortunately, that is the problem - it doesn't work - cannot log in to ebay.es

I have had CS Spain contact via email and they give links to .es (but I am unable to go this route).
