Hi, I won auction on but the seller is not responding to my emails. In the item description the seller would like to collect the item and CASH ON COLLECTION. So, I cannot pay card and complete the transaction. I did send an email if the seller would like me to pay by card and when I can collect this pot but, no replay. I did send already 3 messages. I think she will refuse to sell and she will wait until the payment deadline is over to cancel the transaction. What I can do please? I always pay for my orders and I don't like to be mark on PayPal like the bad payer. Could you help please? Shall I pay by card?

Collection items should be paid for in cash, far safer for buyer and seller.

Buyer gets to inspect and only pays if satisfied, far simpler than having to go through the return procedure to get a refund.

Only pay by another method if seller does not contact or you get warning messages from ebay, but that merely saves you getting an unpaid strike, it will not make seller be co-operative or prevent you having to get a refund.
