I want to return an item that has gone faulty after 2 months

I bought a cctv recorder.

I installed the item but it went faulty after a month or so.

I have contacted the seller requesting to return it for replacement or refund on

a number of occasions but nothing.

I have searched the topic on ebay but feel im banging my head against a wall

and just feel ripped off with no help.

eBay and Paypal don't get involved with warranties.    It's too late for ebay anyway but if you feel it's not fit for purpose you can try Paypal, if you used them. 

First sign up to get the return postage paid:

Then open a "not as described" case here:

https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/

And escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.

If  you used a different payment service, or your credit card or Visa debit card ring them and see if they can help.
