I want to report a seller who is not helping with information.

I can't make contact with Ebay staff however. All I get is a loop of contact-us pages and pages of generic solutions. No actual way toget to speak or live-chat with anyone.

Does anyone know how to actually reach any Ebay staff.

Thank you Tressygirl. I will give that a try.

I messaged a seller who only had a stock manufacturer picture up. The seller said they would upload some photos in a few days. Tat struc me as odd, making a buyer wait days.

After eight day I messaged seller again, and asked for the information again that I asked first. This time they obliged.

I tried to message them today after a failed make-an-offer, on my part. Yet the message does not show up in my sent folder. It has made me think the seller has blocked messages.
