eBay don't deal with issues via email or letters the process is fully automated.
You should have opened a Not Received case within 30 days of estimated delivery you are too late to do this now.
Feedback can only be left within 60 days.
However all is not lost,you can still open a case with Paypal for item not received if you paid that way,they allow 180 days from payment for cases.
Do not accept a replacement always get a refund and repurchase.
