I want to make a complaint about not receiving my purchase to ebay

since early jan 2021 i have been waiting for  item, that ended on 25-Jan-21 01:37:58 GMT -. all my mail has been via ebay. the last message sent below. I have sent ebay a letter asking about the fact i wanted to leave an absolute negative against this service and note that because of my trusting nature and the fact that even though all has been through ebay messages I doubt I will not be able to get my money back paid. As it is not much I had agreed to a resend if not refund. It has not happened either one and doubt I will get it returned I would have expected a response at least from ebay and request if were possible to leave a negative response on seller as of yet I have not. I had to go on the shop contact to send messages as the other way has stopped which is were I noticed they did not have the product I order in their listings.
Is there anything I can do to deter others from making my mistake in trusting

That being said I have wrote to ebay with my complaint over such though doubt They can or will do anything because of the time period and my trust. I cannot leave a review but have sent it in that reply to them and my customer treatment from you. £3.88+ vat is a little amount to loose but reputation can be lost

eBay don't deal with issues via email or letters the process is fully automated.

You should have opened a Not Received case within 30 days of estimated delivery you are too late to do this now.

Feedback can only be left within 60 days.

However all is not lost,you can still open a case with Paypal for item not received if you paid that way,they allow 180 days from payment for cases.

Do not accept a replacement always get a refund and repurchase.
