I want to limit bids to UK only

I thought I exclude everywhere except UK, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, even stating in the description that I would only post to the above and yet now I see I get a bid from Spain. I don't seem to be able to contact the person bidding even and trying to contact Ebay these days is impossible. This comes after a previous attempt to sell this same item which despite having UK as the destination  got bids from India and Cuba which when I listed with postage costs of £4.20 was not going to happen... Help me please.

It seems to be on your exclusion list of countries you dont sell too

Perhpaps they have a uk address

If they dont then they should not be able to pay and if they dont then you wait

4 days for ebay to remind the seller and then   you or ebay can cancel the purchase

Check the countries you dont sell too

if you don't want bids from overseas you have to block countries you don't post to here:-
