If you wish to sell,  and are not under eBay's Managed Payments yet,  you do need a Paypal account linked to your eBay account.

If not and you wish to unlink it,  then go to Account tab >>  Paypal account >>  unlink accounts

Proabbly best to use a desktop browser and not an app to manage this.

Do you mean you want to cancel your Paypal Account?  If so you will need to contact paypal.

If however you wish to continue buying on ebay, paypal is still an accepted means of payment, and in my opinion is still the easiest way to pay, giving you the benefit of Ebay's Money Back Guarantee and also in case of need Paypal's Guarantee.
