You should not get a refund until item is returned. Who has refunded? If seller has refunded outside a case you won't get a label! Did you open a return case? What was the reason for return? Makes a difference to who pays for return.
The implication is that seller does not want item returned. Wait and see if seller asks, it will be up to him to send you a label or money for postage. Even if you would have had to pay postage for a Change of Mind Return, once you have been refunded there is no way to make you pay.
