A Red ASOS dress was put up for auction for £6.50 but was sold on 23/6/2021 for £2.10 + postage. It has been paid for but states that delivery is due on 23/6/2021 which can't be correct as we always allow 3 days for postage so I think someone has meddled with our E bay account on this item. I can't get back to the auction stage now it is sold to double check the sale details. I am not inclined to post this item until I'm sure about this. I've tried to contact E bay through chat to no avail and I would prefer to speak to an E bay agent but cannot find a contact number . Our E bay password has now been changed
Can you advise please as to what I can do
That dress was listed at £2.10. there is no evidence of it being edited. How many people have the ability tolist your items as there does not seem to be anything unusual here. It sold on the 23rd and delivery is shown as the 28th.
