I think my buyer is trying to scam me

My buyer is saying I sent a refurbished boiler part and wants his money back.it was in manufacturing packaging but he's also saying it wasn't.this is so unfair when I pride myself on my brill reviews and he's now doing this and it's my word against his .what options do I have it seems none at the moment

If they open a not as described dispute then you will have to send a pre paid label for the return and accept it back.

Once you have it back then you refund in full and get your fees back

You are selling quite a few Brand new items of this kind

If you buy to sell you are a business and as such have to accept items back

Wait until you get it back and then report if it is not what you sent but ebay almost always goes with the buyer
