I think ebay will end up defunct. It's new format of 'seller hub' is less simple than the old format

Ebay is on the endangered list. I don't like the fact that payments are now by bank transfer, causing delays and the new 'seller hub' is for more complicated than the old format. I just struggled to delete a listing. i think I may be ditchin ebay and using facebook and gumtree. Also you can't even email ebay!

Anyone would think the seller hub was something new.!!  I have used it for ages and it has been used by business sellers for some time. I am sure tat it cannot be so difficulttowork out that you END a listing, you don't delete it as it still exists in Unsold.

I am afraid you are making hard work of simple changes. Managed Payments does not have to be so difficult, did you immediately withdraw money in Paypal? If you can't wait a couple of days before money gets to your bank account what is the real difference. You have been paid, what more do you need. Don't you think Money in Managed payments is as safe as in paypal?

Ebay on the endangered list, you are not living in the real world, I am sure for every member who gives up there are two who join.  Ebay has to move with the times, so do members.

One great advantage with managed payments is that if a sale has to be refunded for any reason you get the whole fee 12.8% refunded, so you only lose the fixed 30p. When paid through paypal  and a refund made you only had 10% ebay fee refunded, and not Paypal's 2.9% plus 30p.

I opted for weekly payments and it is sent on Tuesday and goes in Bank same day, including all money received up to Sunday. To me that makes more sense than having daily credits which may only be a very small amount.

I agree seller hub takes some getting used to.

You can customise what you see, click top right of it & choose options.

I know payments are delayed, but at least there are no more monthly invoices.
