I received a Gmail from EBay with wrong delivery address different from order details

Ebay refuse to accept responsibility for sending two different delivery addresses ( Gmail confirmation and order details) for an item I sold, I refunded my buyer as the item went to the wrong address EBay won't refund or listen . Time bail out ?
