I received 4 negative feedbacks from the same buyer each had the same wording eBay removed two
Stating ........... "We've removed the feedback as it does qualify under our removal policies."
The other two still stand . The Negative feedback states in each case ...... "Records as described but postage unnecessarily excessive as they arbitrarily refused to send 2nd class, rather than 1st, as requested, also refusing to explain why they refused. Poor communications and extremely poor customer service."
I did not offer a 2nd class delivery option on the listing .
Item's sent Signed For next day delivery . At 37p less than the actual cost .
As regards poor communication it is me awaiting replies .
As regards poor service , it was next day delivery .
Is this feedback in fact libel from a competitor ?
Why have eBay not removed all 4 negatives ?
Should I take action outside eBay for libel ?
Did you ask ebay why they only removed 2 instead of all 4, if they were all the same? Surely if 2 were worthy of removal all 4 should be? Get back to ebay and keep on at them.
Haveyou tried to explain to ebay that if two wereremovable with exactly tesame wording then the other two should be as well.
Seller determines method of postage not the buyer, although they could request and pay more for an improved service such as Special Delivery, but there is no requirement for a seller to change the method of postage.
Have another try with ebay but I am afraid that CS is not renown for having or using Common Sense.
