I receive empty box

Open an Item Not As Described Case in the Resolution Centre. You received a Box. Not what you ordered. Keep the Box as you will have to wrap it up and Post it back to the Seller.  They have 3 Business Days to Accept the Return and if a UK Seller generate a Returns Label through the Case. If they don't Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.

That's not how it works! You open a case in the resolution centre and the seller sends you a pre paid label.

Because it’s first time happen to me and I don’t know how to deal with it I made mistake and I closed the case,and I tried to print the label I can’t print it
