I purchased an item and the seller did not respond or send out item so I opened a case.

The case was closed accidentally and now I cannot reopen it. I have never received the item or a refund. Ebay resolution centre constantly informs me that my case is closed. I need Ebay to step in and assist with my refund.

Once closed case can't be reopened.

Did you close case by accident?

Or did seller prove delivery by online tracking, if so you lose.

You need to complain to carrier.

If you closed by accident, try opening paypal case, escalate after 2 days.
