I had a difficult buyer who when my item arrived complained about the postage costs. She told me she she wanted a partial refund & I refused as it's was clearly stated. I offered a return but she declined & then contacted eBay for a return! I paid for the return label & hay ho she hasn't returned it (was just being difficult) Gow do I get my return label refunded by eBay?
