Do you really need to contact eBay? It's hardly ever necessary, eBay's help pages can answer most of the usual questions. If everyone used them first, waiting times for members who really need help could be hugely reduced. If you can't find the answer, to contact eBay customer support go to "Help & Contact" or "Contact us" at the top or bottom of almost every page. Response times may be slow, and during the pandemic is limited to callback or live chat.
Otherwise, you've come to eBay's board of community experts so if you explain what the problem is someone here will probably be able to help you - and a lot more quickly than eBay will.
