I need to cancel a postage label but but the label does not appear in my Postage Labels tab?

I've incorrectly entered the weight of parcel and so the post offcie have refused it. I need to cancel the label and create a new one but the albel does not appear in the Postage Labels tab where i would expect to be able to cancel it.

Any help welcome.
