I have had some really nasty emails from a seller whom I took issue with. The issue was my fault in the end and I apologized for it. I also raised a concern about adding a loose sweet in the package as my daughter grabbed it and rammed it in her mouth. She suffered no injury but it could of gone the other way if not noticed, hence raising it to the seller.
Since then after explaing that I have the early stages of vascular dementia after a stroke all this man has done is thrown mental health slurrs at me, calling me schzophrenic, dillusional and at one point a con artist trying to get a refund or a kit for free, even though I had already told him that it was my mistake, I'm happy with what I have and apologizing. Yet he continues his messages and even brought my daughter into his attack on me.
I need help with this man, how do I report him and how do I stop him from doing it to others.
This has upset me greatly as I always have a great rapour with the people I buy from and have become friends with many.
