I missed an offer which has expired. How do I contact buyer to accept?

If item has ended you must relist and invite member to offer again.

When contacting member, there is a contact option obtainable by clicking on their ID, o not make any suggestions which could be taken by ebay as offers to deal outside ebay as that could get you a suspension. All messages are monitored and the robots would pick up key words, telehone nimbers or addresses.

Their ID will be offer details & ebay message.

buyers ID but can't work out how to message them?

Go to their profile page (click on ID) there is a "Contact " link on there.

Hiya...if I click on their ID it takes me to a page that says they've been
a member since 2005 and are UK and with links to their feedback or to items
that they are selling (but there aren't any)..that's all...no contact
option, am I missing something?

On roiht side of page says "member quick links"

under it says "contact member".

Many thanks for all your help. Still struggling to get anywhere with this.
No worries I will just let it re-list if that's what happens. Do appreciate
