Hi
I ordered & paid £129 for a chair from a selller called . My wife changed her mind ( ! ) so I cancelled the chair the following day & requested a refund that the seller promised to make on 24/05.21 .
Ebays terms stated I should wait 30 days for a credit card refund - in the meantime the complaint was closed on my account as there was " No activity on the account" . have not made a refund & I don't understand how do I get one from them. Can any kind soul out there help me ???
