I haven`t got a company registration number problem

I was informed today that my business account was put on hold because I needed to verify information - Fair enough. However I cannot move forward because I don`t have a company registration number. When I registered as a business account I didn`t have the option to say I was a sole trader, So I had to put in partnership instead however when I look at my entity it says I`m a sole trader - I wish Ebay would do things more simpler..

I am really stressing and worried about this because I have been on chat numerous times and they keep telling me you can`t go back to a private account because you sold things, you`re on managed payments etc. I haven`t got the edit option because well it`s gone and it started processing. So now I have to wait until Ebay reviews and lets me back as a private account which I don`t even know if they will.

I`ve got funds on hold and bills to pay and this is just inconvient right now and I don`t know what to do or how to solve it. Ebay isnt making it any easier for me especially when you`re on chat and they the assistant just vanishes on you.

I wanted to go onto a Business account because well I`m a business, It`s law and because I wanted to use a few of their aspects like promotions, I thought you could use promotions on auctions turns out it`s just fixed price and the listings, I thought you would get more listings apparently not.

Has anyone else had a experience like this because right now I feel at a lost and I dunno what to do. I`ve got funds on hold, people waiting for stuff to be shipped out but I can`t because the funds arent processing.

Just very very stressed and wished I stayed as a private account.
