In the pics it looks like the hem is unravelling, i have since asked the seller if this is the case or not, they have not answered my queerie ...i am worried about paying for it...because i will hate it if it is a mess.  I know i should has scrutinised it better before the item ended. I just wondered if there was anything i could do before me spendiung money on something i will then hate. If they replied they might say it is fine....but they are not replying 😞

It is in the sellersinterest to reply then if necessary you could request cancellation. That would cost seller nothing.

If they opened an unpaid case then you pay and when it arrivesif it is coming apart open a Not As Described case. Seller has to provide a reply paid tracked label and on return REFUND IN FULL.

That costs the seller Reun postage cost, the original postage and paypal fees, which makes it quite expensive for no sale, so you can see what I mean by it is in the sellers interest".

If you do have to open a case and seller does not respond then you escalate to ebay who refund at seller's expense and he gets a Defect and no refund of the selllng fee, so even more expense.

Hi, Thank you for your reply........sadly I have now sent 3 messages to them, and they still don’t reply. I am not sure what to do, to be honest. If I pay and it’s delivered like I say it looks defected, then I will hate it.. ...even though I know I should have looked at it better...but I took their comment of in Good condition as the truth and in good faith.
