Make sure that you end any current listings now or, if they're fixed price Buy It Now listings, use the

Time Away setting. You will need to use a desktop browser, not an app, to access this, and your listing must be a fixed price Buy It Now, not an Auction.

With Time Away you have two settings - you can hide fixed price listings from search for 1 to 30 days or keep listings visible, but with a notice that you're away for 1 to 15 days.

As regards the 2 sold items, problem is, if you don't send the items out you risk your selling account. Do you have somebody who can help you out here?

You can cancel the 2 sold transaction via the link below if you need to, but will  still be charged eBay fees, get a defect for each cancellation and your buyers can leave negative feesback, so it will be worth contacting them asking if they'll agree to cancel:
