I'm having problems with a seller on here who is obviously selling stolen phones as it is blocked there is not one person to talk to on eBay even though I have reported the matter,do I pass the information on to the police.
If you have been involved in a transaction which you believe to be fraudulent, it's up to you whether to report it to the police.
If you are simply trying to report items you have seen for sale here, there is a link in every listing to report it. Whether eBay takes any action on it is up to them.
