I have just recived an item (a ladies pre-loved top) but the postage charged was almost 3 times the actual cost. ie. Charged £3.95, Cost £1.40. What can I do? I have contacted the seller suggesting they may have made a mistake but they have ignored my message.
you were charged the sellers quoted P&P - Postage & Packaging charge
it isn't just the cost of the stamp
sellers advertise a cost to get the item safely delivered to your door, this charge isn't just the cost of the stamp and you agreed to this price when you purchased the item
the seller hasn't 'made a mistake' and you are not entitled to any of that money back
