I have been bulling by seller

I paid money to buy something and then after a few days seller didn't send anything and they cancelled it by themselves.  After 3 weeks still they didn't refund my money back and they bulling me and they told me if I don't change the feedback they not going to refund my money back.  I asked ebay for help but I didn't receive any answer frome ebay.  I don't know what to do with them.  Who's responsible for answering me and who is the boss in ebay.  We trust ebay that's why we paid money.  Know I have email frome them 

Someone advise me please because ebay doesn't care about me. It's looks they working together like team.

Did you change the feedback? You haven't left any for not receiving something. 

You have left Negative Feedback stating that the Item was "Rubbish" is this the Purchase you are complaining about?  If not you have 30 days to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case in the Resolution Centre for Item Not Received. Escalate the Case after 4 days. Ebay will Force the Refund.
