Have you tried to edit your ADDRESSES, there are 5 in your account that need to be edited.

You have not sold for ages and here have been many changes over he last year, the classic site has been phased out and you willhave to use th Seller Hub and Managed Payments,

I suspect ebay will need you to re-verify your account before you can sell again.
