I cancelled an order as the buyer bought 2 items but only differnet colour, so I waited a couple of days and opened a case.
Now several days later the buyer has paid for the other one and the case is still open.
What happens now, I cannot see a way to close the case, if the cutomer cloes the request then the sale is cancelled?
