I can't pay for an item on eBay with my Barclaycard

I cannot pay for an item with my visa credit Barclaycard Platinum. I go through all the procedures checked all the digits comes to the end. EBay won't allow it to go through. Checked with Barclaycard everything's fine even sent a new card to me.
