Good morning.
I had an abusive buyer on Sunday of this week making various threats and demands. I reported this to eBay via the telephone for guidanc. They advised I report him (which I did) and cancel the transaction which I attempted but unfortunately each time I do I get logged out.
Another buyer requested I cancel their item as it was purchased in error which I attempted and again I was logged out. I tried through the app, classic site and through a PC but the response was the same.
I contacted customer support who recognised there was a problem and said "leave it for 24 hours then try again". I did this and I still cannot cancel items.
EBay was contacted again but sadly did not feel this was of great concern but agreed to send an email "internally" to seek guidance. In thf meantime i am left with an aggressive buyer and someone frequently asking for an update.
Any advice would be greatly received.
