I brought two bottles of arden beauty they did come but was posted though door and they smased they was birthday present so had to go out and buy more try to go though seller but just keeps saying no email address
You need to open a case for item not as described in the resolution centre and explain that you can't send them back because broken glass is not allowed in the post.
Find them in your Purchase History and to the right select retrun this item arrived damaged,it's up to the seller then to issue a return label and refund on return or just refund without return.
