Seller refused to give me a refund for the item I purchased on 10/06/2021 for £200.00. It is too small. I asked for a refund and it was declined. I afterwards asked to exchange with another item for £220 and pay the difference still no reply. I think that EBay should not allow a seller
who refuses refunds to sell on EBay. After all this online shopping and items might not fit or look as expected.
