I bought an item but ebay removed the item and the seller too.

Dear I would like to ask for help how to get my money refunded.  I bought an item but ebay removed the item and the seller too is also gone. It has 99.99 percent very good reputation so bought the item but didnt made any contact from the seller. how to get my money back as the item displayed has not been delivered but i cannot do anything on resolution centre nor click for refund.

If eBay have remmoved the item and seller from their site,  try putting in a claim for item not received with Paypal.

Put into notes there that eBay have removed the item and seller from their site,  and do not go back to eBay when instructed.  Just stick with ther Paypal case,  and escalate after 2 days and before 20 to start your refund.
