How do I get help when the seller and item is no longer listed ? I've tried getting help from EBay but the automated help is no use either
PayPal deal with Card Payments. Log into PayPal and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Open a Case for Item Not As Described. Add that you have only just discovered the Fault. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days. See how you get on.
Nothing you can do through Ebay. They offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. You may have some cover if you Paid through PayPal? Although they don't offer Warranties.
