I bought an indoor antenna from ebay.

The antenna was described as easy to install in a few minutes and that it was supplied with a Television connector (which the TV industry and the general public myself included would understand as a Coax socket). when it came to installing it approximately one month later 25/04/21 I found that the antenna came with / was supplied only with a F-Connector the type of connector that is fitted to set top boxes, cable tv boxes, router boxes, freesat boxes etc. etc, not on a television.

This made it impossible for me to connect it to my TV or in other words any TV that I know of.

If you want help from ebay then you are too late, Not AsDescribed Cases under the Money Back Guarantee have to be opened within 30 days.

If you paid by Paypal you may be able toopen a case with them, otherwise I think it comes down to contacting the Card Provider if you paid that way.

Without knowing method of Payment or whether seller is on Managed Payments it is impossible to give a precise answer.
