Hope you can help, I've just watched a program called Fake Britain, and it showed cases of fake Nutri bullet blenders being sold. The show tells you how to recognise a fake and It looks like I have bought one. These machines are not safe and havent been security tested, and even more worryingly mine gives off some toxic fumes which I presumed was just heat!
I want to report the seller, and get my money back. Ebay must be rife with counterfeits, but it should know about it. Especially when it's dangerous.
I tried reporting an item through the resolution centre but as i bought the item in April, it wont locate it, and wont recognise the item number.
Any ideas or similar problems?
