I accidentally marked unpaid item as paid

i marked an unpaid item as paid and i want to redo it but i dont know how,kindly help.

Hi...

If you have accidentally closed an unpaid case then sorry but you cannot reopen it.    You are now stuck with the fees.

If you have not opened a case and accidentally just marked it as paid then you go to More actions to the right of your listing and see if you can unmark it as paid .  More Actions is a drop down bar with various options.
