I Cancelled the wrong order how can I get help?

I've accidently cancelled the wrong order and I can't get hold of ebay to rectify.  This customer had already recieved the item. I was trying to cancel one that the customer had requested. Please help?

It's not possible to reinstate a cancelled order, that will have generated a refund back to the buyer, so you'll need to contact them and make arrangements for them to pay again either via PayPal or bank transfer or relist the item so they can buy it again. Of course, they may not play ball if you've already sent the item and given them their money back, in which you're stuck there.
