I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW I CAN GET A RETURN LABEL / SELECT A CARRIER

When the seller accepts the return you should receive notification with a link to the postage label.   If they don't you will be able to escalate the case to ebay 3 working days after you started it.   Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

Next steps
1. Buy a return label from your preferred shipping carrier.
2. Send the item, and add tracking details or mark it as sent by Jul 30.
3. You should get a refund within 2 business days of delivery.

Maybe my return request hasn't been accepted by the seller yet (is now 3
days) ?
Has been accepted by Ebay with above next steps, but as said, there is no
label printing option on Ebay site, so perhaps i need to await a further
email enabling this after the seller has accepted ?

It would be a great help to know what if anything you have done,and why are you returning?

All returns are dealt with by opening a case with ebay  if NOT AS DESCRIBED then you will be provided with areturn label, if Just a return you will have to pay postage yourself.

Have you thought to read the Money Back Guarantee which is on every listing top right and nobody seems to read it so that returns are done properly.

3. Select *View return details*.
4. Choose *Print label*.

I am ok with paying return postage, but following above options (a return
has been started and appears to be accepted - received an email) after
viewing the return details there is nowhere i can see enabling a label to
be printed / this to be purchased
