I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW I CAN GET A RETURN LABEL / SELECT A CARRIER

When the seller accepts the return you should receive notification with a link to the postage label.   If they don't you will be able to escalate the case to ebay 3 working days after you started it.   Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

 

It would be a great help to know what if anything you have done,and why are you returning?

 

All returns are dealt with by opening a case with ebay  if NOT AS DESCRIBED then you will be provided with areturn label, if Just a return you will have to pay postage yourself.

 

Have you thought to read the Money Back Guarantee which is on every listing top right and nobody seems to read it so that returns are done properly.
