I've had it up to the back teeth with the incessant (sometimes up to three times) daily emails from eBay suggesting, 'You may be interested in this.....' or 'We've found just the thing you're looking for.....' If I want to buy from eBay then I'll log in to my account, I don't want these constant annoying harassing emails. I've searched my account settings and cannot find how to stop them, does anyone know how? I'm now considering serving papers on eBay because ot their harassment.

Well at least you've brought a smile to our faces on this hot bank holiday afternoon!
Go to your "my eBay" page, click on the account tab and then on site preferences. Somewhere there you will find your communications preferences, which you can edit to remove most unwanted emails.
Account settings > Communication Preferences > Promotions and surveys + click on show.
email address is under Account settings > Personal Information
I've just checked.
There is no need to be rude, nobody as suggested you cannot serve papers on eBay But It is an amusing thought.
I would however suggest you don't serve papers over annoying emails since you have likely always had the option to turn them off.
If the options can still not be found then it may be an unusual error on your account, In which case you would need to contact eBay cs.
