How to start a return when a previous return cancelled

I ordered an item but the part delivered is incorrect. I started a return but selected the wrong category and couldn’t change it. The return is now closed so I cannot return despite the seller being willing to accept it. Any hints?

You can only open one dispute on ebay so if you opened a dispute and it closed then that is the end of it on ebay. If you paid by paypal then you may be able to open a dispute there for not as described

You need to sign up for their postage retuns first

Escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days
