How to show an item as "Delivered"

How do I show an item I have sold as "delevered", I know the buyer has the item as they have left good feedback?

You cant mark it as Delivered.

You put the tracking of 16 digit code from your post office receipt onto the item when you post it. That will show delivered and automatically mark as Dispatched. If you did not have tracking or the code then you go to order and mark as Dispatched
