How to send Perfume that don’t have the original package

I sold a new perfume but it does not have the wrapping, just the original box and Royal Mail said they won’t take it. I also contacted eBay but they just say to try to arrange the buyer collecting it but the buyers is not in London! Help please

Use Google to find a Carrier. If you can't you will have to Cancel the Sale from More Actions to the right of the Sold Item.

if the perfume is in its original box i would try a different Post Office if you can meet the conditions below ......

This is what i have found on Royal Mails website

• UK - Allowed in the mail, see restrictions and packaging guidelines below:
• • Volume per item must not exceed 150ml.
  • No more than four items in any one parcel.
  • Must be sent in its original retail packaging, placed in strong outer packaging and cushioned to prevent breakage.
  • An ID8000 label must be applied (see example ID8000 label).
  • The sender's name and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging.
  • These items must be presented at a Post Office® counter.

Seller has opened the Box @1956glyn

I am not sure if that counts so long as its still in its original box. if they have just taken the cellophane off the box i dont think it should be a problem.  Personally i would be inclined to tell the PO its new and boxed 🙂   They will stick a special sticker on it.   If the Op just broke the seal then again i do not see why it should be a problem.   A  tiny bit of sellotape would fix that one

Maybe? Seller States "New but I have Opened the Box."

carlitaviera13 you say you opened the box. Have you just broken the seal? if yes then i would, as i say just reseal it with a tiny piece of cellotape
