DON'T amend Feedback on a PROMISE. Promisesare easily broken.
Reviews are for Products, Feedback is for Members.
Positive feedback cannot be edited. If you have a negative you have left, then the seller has to send you a request to amend. He can find the link at the bottom of his feedback page.
If you are the seller and have received a negative and buyer has agreed to amend, then you send the request to edit.
One of the negatives you left for an overdue item,should have been dealt with by a NOT RECEIVED case, unless seller knows an item has not arrived then Negative Feedback is WRONG. Seller cannot resolve a problem unless he knows the problem exists.
