How to report ebay accounts that may be compromised by hackers?

I sell various items alongside some digital items.
I know hackers target digital items that they can acquire quickly and ive ran into a few myself.
Usually it’s the actual account holder contacting PayPal to say they didn’t purchase the item, other times it’s been ebay themselves messaging me saying the purchase was suspicious and I’m down money.
I’ve just had a sale and all the red flags are there.
No purchases in over a year. No previous purchases of digital items. (In this case the account holder appears to have bought auto parts).
I suspect the account has been compromised, how do I report it and any others I may come across?
Also, I wish ebay had the Sign in to PayPal prompt for every purchase as extra security.
I myself only get that popping up on the odd occasion.

While you wish to report other accounts - it would be very unwise to draw attention to the fact the you are a business seller trading as a private seller thereby violating eBay rules and the law plus you are selling digitally delivered items.

If you report others eBay may pick your registration up.

I wouldn’t exactly call myself as a business seller as I am selling a lot of my own unwanted items. Old strategy guides for games, art books, collectors edition games, trading cards etc. Didn’t know about the digital items thing. I’ll try to be careful.
