How to report a seller

Hi can anyone help, I have agreed a sale now the seller has sold to others at a higher price and refusing to honour another sale.

How can I report this dishonourable seller to ebay.

How did you agree the sale with the seller?

Did you bid on their item and win it?

Was it a Buy it now and did you click on that and buy it through Ebay?

Unless the "another sale" was listed on Ebay and you purchased through it.....nothing you can do
